The sign was going up on these today. 165 Fort, Originally known as Copper Creek. The tax credit process began in 2014, looks like 84 total units, 67 affordable and 17 market rate. November cell phone photos attached. 2 buildings, 5102 N 166th Plz & 4952 N 166th Plz. Foundations Development.
