Old motel to be converted into 136 efficiency apartments. I would think these will be pretty attainable rents just considering how small they will be.

If not mistaken it opened as a Courtyard by Marriott, then a Holiday Inn, then a Days Inn. It was very nice when it first opened. I hosted clients & family there. Boy do times change.

I thought it was a Clubhouse Inn. I think I stayed at one in Overland Park once. Don’t recall it ever being a Marriott courtyard.
