I noticed some activity around Lanoha's The Sanctuary and on their website too. They seem to be expanding or building a new luxury home development North of Highway 275. The original Sanctuary development had some insane homes built and I wonder what is planned for this new development.

Re: Sanctuary Ridge (Lanoha Development)
Won't be as wooded as the sanctuary, but should still have some great views. They literally split the road in the sanctuary to avoid removing a tree that was in the way. I would love to see the view from that one house on the top with the third floor lookout. Seems like they could see all the way to Wahoo.ByrnesViceVersa wrote: Tue Oct 12, 2021 1:25 am I noticed some activity around Lanoha's The Sanctuary and on their website too. That whole area including Skyline ridge has amazing views looking over the Elkhorn River. I remember going through a open house in Skyline Ridge and seeing all the way to Wahoo.Brad wrote: Tue Oct 12, 2021 8:34 amWon't be as wooded as the sanctuary, but should still have some great views.
