Wow, what a gag inducing name. Hopefully they can think of something better.

Correct, west of the family fair. They tore down a Days Inn hotel a few years back.

Here is the old thread:

Not a great name if it was somewhere else in the city. But since it's adjacent to Offutt, seems appropriate.

What would your suggestion be??

If the requirements were something like "Homage to the airbase", a few spitball ideas that I would like better:

Airman Village
Strategic Heights
The No Bunk Bunkhouse
The 11703
Crew Quarters

Actually, who am I kidding. I could get a lot weirder:

The Thanks Obama Groanarium
Basically Four Walls and a Toilet
A Place To Park Everyone's Dodge Chargers

It would be a bigger challenge to think of a worse name than Freedom Village

How about:
Defcon Village
Contrail Heights
Parachute Place
Bullet Trap Bluff
AWOL Acres or R&R Acres
He said "They are some big, ugly red brick buildings"
...and then they were gone.
