All of the above is the best resource guide. Most of the land has been purchased or leased out already. From keeping an eye on it, There could be a couple pieces of land available still north of the Runza closer to OCI. But immediately north of Runza will be a pepperjax, south of Runza is a gas station. The large swath of land will be HyVee
