The applicant is proposing a project of single-family residential, multiplefamily residential, and mixed-use development in a single phase. The project comprises 13 mixed-use lots northeast of 204th and Harrison Streets and 55 single family residential lots east of the mixed use. Lots 67 and 68, which are part of the mixed use plan, are proposed for development with multifamily residential (576 units). The balance of the site will comprise seven outlots used for open space and drainage.
