Gretna Logistics Park - SEC of I-80 and Hwy 6

Is there a thread for what's going on at SEC of I-80 and Hwy 6? I have no idea what's going on there, heard someone suggest a Menards.

I thought Copple Chevy owned some land right on the corner, and then a local developer is developing the "Gretna Logistics Park" just to the east. Heard it will be a few large warehouses. Menards was going to be further east in the Steel Ridge development.
