Investors Reality announced they have sold the soon to be former H&H Chevrolet Dealership on the Northwest Corner of 84th and L Street.

Brian Farrell and Tim Kerrigan, CCIM, SIOR recently represented the owner in the sale of the 68,586 SF building on a 12.38 AC lot off of 84th & L Street.

I know there was a lot of interest in this lot to it will be interesting to see what happens here. There is something like 60 feet of elevation change from the west lot line to the east lot line so it may get broken up in to a couple different lots.

Hopefully its not split up, or doesn't include a car wash, mega saver. 15 years ago I'd put a CVS on the list. Something different is .needed.

Maybe we'll get lucky and Mega Saver will build a gas station WITH their own car wash they actually use... for at least 2-3 years, then shut it down to fill it full of |expletive| like all of their other car washes.

In a different decade I would've suggested a grocery store.

i thought i read somewhere that a non-profit purchased the property..But i have been wrong before..Anyone heard who purchased?
