Located at NW corner of 13th and Pine, .5 acre parcel will be developed into a 5 story multiuse building. 59 units, 4 commercial bays facing 13th street (5400 sq. ft.), and a relatively scant 34 total parking spaces. Renderings in the plan. Still big block style building, but does have balconies and 2nd story courtyard area facing 13th.

I feel like this neighborhood will be more successful than Blackstone eventually. The focus is on housing, not how many bars can we shove on a single street.

Blackstone started out with a much higher residential density to support that many bars.
