Driving by on February 23, there is a board with a drawing of what looks to be an apartment building.

There was a building permit issued 16 months ago. It says:

"Maple Flex - 8500 SF - Original Description: Commercial building. 8347 sq.ft. with 600 sq.ft. of common space."

Wonder if something new will show up on the planning board documents next week?

The lot is zoned GC (General Commercial). Residential is not allowed in GC, but can be allowed with a Conditional Use Permit. The CUP would show up on the Planning Board agenda.
