Strip Mall with Big Fred's off of Pacific

Is having some much need work done to the front. The awnings were in pretty rough shape. Noticed they were down this weekend on my way to Bagel Bin. Some workers were present.

They really need to stop installing cloth and vinyl awnings. Nobody maintains them or replaces them in a timely manner and they end up looking horrible.

The brick face under that building looks worse. Actually surprised its taken this long. The old awning has been gone a few weeks now.
