As far as density goes, 6 houses on that lot wouldn't be much different than the Row Haus development right up the street on Leavenworth. Those are like 140x70 along Leavenworth. These if you faced them south, they would be 140x95.

If they faced south, they would face some really old industrial looking storage units, the same storage units where all my art fair stuff was stolen about a dozen years ago.

However it lines up, it'll be a better use of the land than it currently is.
