Great use of what appears to be an old parking lot expansion.

87 parking stalls for 31 units seems a bit excessive. Are they planning to rent out to some car enthusiasts at 3 parking spaces per unit??? Lol

I guess they are trying to keep some of the parking spaces they are replacing?Mapguy wrote: Tue Nov 18, 2025 11:01 am 87 parking stalls for 31 units seems a bit excessive. Are they planning to rent out to some car enthusiasts at 3 parking spaces per unit??? Lol

There are only 16 typical parking stalls on the site plan. Residential Developments in Omaha can count in-unit garage spaces and the driveway in front of the garage if its long enough. So with 31 units, you have 62 parking stalls right there. Nearly every apartment complex I have ever worked on wants some guest spaces for when people have visitors which is most likely what they 16 typical spaces are for.Louie wrote: Tue Nov 18, 2025 11:12 amI guess they are trying to keep some of the parking spaces they are replacing?Mapguy wrote: Tue Nov 18, 2025 11:01 am 87 parking stalls for 31 units seems a bit excessive. Now if this was one of our suburban neighbors, you cannot count the in unit garage spaces so they would have way more parking than needed.
