Proposal
The project site is a vacant lot of about 0.34 acres, where the construction of four (4) new single family for-sale homes is proposed. The homes will be three bedroom, three bath affordable housing units, with the sales price lowered to about $275,000 through the use of a partially forgiveable loan from SPARK. Buyers will be income qualified households with incomes ranging from 60 to 120 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).
