Proposal
The applicant proposes to replat the site into 35 lots and three outlots to allow for development of 35 housing units, including a mix of single-family attached and detached homes, along with multiple townhouses. Each housing unit will be on its own lot and all units will have an attached garage with access from adjacent right of way. The applicant is proposing to rezone the site to R5-Urban Family Residential District.
