The applicant proposes redevelopment of the property with a 55-unit apartment building with a 55 stall off-street parking lot and associated amenities. The site would retain the existing R7 zoning with the addition of a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District. This project is the 7th phase of the Southside Terrace – Indian Hill Transformation and Redevelopment Plan, and includes replacement housing for the former Southside Terrace public housing units.
