I was hoping someone would put something a little more classy on the hill overlooking the overpass at 132nd and West Dodge in the Commercial Federal Business Park... but this is it (proposed at least).

4 stories, 68,000 sq feet...

I don't know who the tenant(s) are... looks like it is 28% occupied. NP Dodge is offering it up for lease.

Speaking of un-inspired suburban office buildings...I drove past Northrop Grumman on 370 yesterday....gross....dissapointing and gross.

That render doesn't offer too much detail. The building looks dull (not luminous) and unclear. I'll wait for it to be built or a better rendering is available to offer my oppinion.

NAI NP Dodge Commercial (Currently at 87th and Frederick) and NP Dodge Residential (Currently at 129th and Dodge) will occupy this building. There is currently much more space available for lease. Planned completion date is June of 2007.

I don't see how this building is 5 stories, it looks a little too small to me.

I would assume by the rending it would appear to be 4 stories from Dodge...then on the other side it is 5 (with the 1st level under the ground facing dodge).

A good portion of the top floor of this building is the new corporate headquarters for a printing company. They have facilities in 4 states and this is home base.
