Nice to see a little density out there!Preliminary plans for a development northwest of Omaha won City Council approval on Tuesday despite the misgivings of some neighbors.
The 140 town houses of Stone Creek Village will be on about 10 acres near North 168th Street and Kansas Avenue.
Residents in the neighboring Stone Creek subdivision, between Fort and Ida Streets, are worried that the new project is too dense, presents traffic hazards and could clash with the appearance of existing homes in the area.

Those Triton Homes are all over the Des Moines metro. These homes give 20 & 30 somethings who are single, an affordable home owning option, something that is desperately needed.
