Papillion area development rundown

Here's a nice rundown on the Papillion City website about new development in the city's jurisdiction:
http://www.papillion.org/NewDevelopments.htm

And a PDF map:
http://www.papillion.org/documents/Papi ... 1-9-06.pdf

A couple that I hadn't heard about before are...
Kingsbury Hills - NW corner 108th & 370 (Residential and Mixed Use, NW of Papio South HS)
Seven Falls - NW corner of 108th & Schram Road (Residential and Mixed Use, W of Walnut Creek Ampitheater)
Dominion Point - 84th - 90th, S of Schram Road (Residential)

And the Shadow Lake residential + retail looks really large on the map... at least larger than I had expected... stretching S to Capehart road...

It would seem that developers are finally taking more notice of Papillion (and Sarpy in general) after saturating the SW and NW Omaha/Elkhorn areas?

And has anyone noticed the apparent stall at Shadow Lake Towne Center? With all the warm weather I expected to see more progress (roads perhaps?), but I've heard rumors that they had issues moving the creek. Hopefully they are still on schedule...

For Shadow Lake Towne Center? That's not bad... Originally there were some stores that were opening this fall (like Hy-Vee) but next Spring was the original grand opening date anyway. Not bad...
