SE corner 90th and Maple

It appears that the SE corner of 90th and Maple (former gas station) will be a 3 bay retail strip. There is a sign up advertising some sort of shoe store (Keen, Birkenstock, Naot, etc) and it also says 2 bays left. Nothing major but thought I'd pass it on. Hopefully it will follow the Omaha by design and look nice.

I seen that, as I live right by there, I think its going to be rather small. Anyone else koticed the Vacacy rate in this area for strip malls, its HORRIBLE.
