There has been a sign with that building on the corner for years, but nothing ever happened, did they finally start?

I saw the area this morning, and things are definately happening. The site was home to useless heavy construction equipment that had been rusting away for years, and all that equipment is gone. I also noted a mound of freshly moved dirt on the site.

I dont think they will build it until they get commitment from tenants that want to be there. I could be wrong, but I think they only release the rendering to gauge interest.

That site has been an eyesore for the longest time. It's about time they did something with it.
