Hmmm....looks ok for a little neighborhood retail place. But on the other hand, it pretty much looks like almost every other little neighborhood retail place. I guess I was kind of thinking "hey, Arnold Palmer designed golf course, large homes, this should be an exceptionally pleasing development." But no, it's not. I'm a little displeased.

I would have to agree. I believe that the details talked about tenants receiving a 'Vanilla Box' for them to work with.
But look! it has a pond! :?

Looks like a little more development coming to Deer Creek:

https://planning.cityofomaha.org/images ... ber/13.pdf
The proposed development plan will replat the property into a four lot, two outlot configuration for construction of various commercial and residential uses. Lot 1 includes four 4-unit residential buildings and one duplex; Lot 3 includes a C-Store with associated fueling stations; and Lots 4 & 5 each include a single commercial building.

Hopefully this helps the area. Outside of the daycare the other tenants are short lived in the strip mall.
