Yeah new strip center appears to be headed just north of the Kwik Shop at 90th and Blondo. See here....

It's been barren so long I didn't even notice the open land there. I'm surprised at much open space is on 90th between Maple and Fort on the east side.

This development is confusing me.
Copper Investments own the lots in GREEN Apparent the Quick shop is built on part of their lot. THey also the ghetto strip mall on the corner of 90th and grant. The picture on their development sign shows a big long stripmall. I am wondering of they are not taking out the old strip mall or at least remodeling it to match the new one. Whatever they are doing they started moving dirt and removing trees this week.

The best thing about this new stripmall is that they connected it to an old very rundown one and remodeled it to look like the new one!
