I hope they can find a could tenant for the 84th St. Walmart. I am afraid with the age of that complex whoever would come in would not renovate it well enough to attract a good clientale who woud rather go to the newer and cleaner stores. But with the future revenue from the upcoming Giles St corridor La Vista in the near future be better off. Maybe then they will start annexing some of the residential developments to further build up their resources.
