Darrin Lofts at 17672 Welch PLZ (behind Hy Vee)

I live out this way and try to keep up on buildings going in and around our store & others in the area. We shop at the Hy Vee on the corner of 180th & Q a lot, and I drove around the other day & noticed a pretty large building going up behind it. In front of the building there's a sign indicating office space for lease by Investors Realty, however, I don't know if the sign is for this large building or the small one beside it. Whichever, according to the DC assessor website, this "Darrin Lofts" is zoned as commercial, and the building has almost no windows except for the very front corner entrance.

Does anyone know of this project? Is it simply general office space for lease, or a corporate building, or some type of retailer? The building seems almost large enough to house something like a Bed Bath & Beyond, which I know wouldn't make any sense there, but just to give you a reference for the size of it.

They've really crammed a lot onto this corner already, and this building is virtually hidden by the Hy Vee. I know they still have a few pad sites up near Q St. available for restaurants and things. Plus, it has that Methodist doctor's office, which if you guys haven't seen it, it has to be one of the largest "Doctor's Offices" in Omaha. The building is huge!

You know, they're putting up a ton of them around town, however, this building/project looks nothing like the others. Therefore, I would imagine it's something different.

If any of you are in the area sometime, maybe you should drive by & take a pic or two. Plus, you could post something on the Methodist family doctor's office going up there.
