The Bellevue PlanOmaha World Herald wrote:The type of developments being proposed - villages that allow residents to work, shop, live, worship, congregate and enjoy the outdoors all within walking distance of their homes - also would provide residents with closer and more convenient retail, service and commercial destinations. Six such villages are proposed in the plan, including four in already-established neighborhoods.
Twin Creek is Bellevue's best example of the type of development the planners envision, the plan says. They suggest designating it as a village so the development is maintained and built upon.
