If office buildings were pizzas, "Class A" office buildings would be the supremes - with amenities like covered parking, marble lobbies and health clubs as the extra toppings.
But now Sarpy County is getting a slice of supreme.
Developer Bill Torczon is building Peachtree Properties, a 46-acre commercial real estate development with 100,000 square feet of Class A, multi-tenant office space in Papillion.
The planned nine to 12 all-brick buildings will be on the west side of 72nd Street between Cornhusker Road and Nebraska Highway 370, or more precisely to the south of the Sarpy Community YMCA and to the north of the Villas at Creekside, a residential subdivision Torczon developed.

Well, great for Papillion and great for the Metro, but my god, BORING!
"The right to have access to every building in the city by private motorcar in an age when everyone possesses such a vehicle is actually the right to destroy the city."

They look similar to the office condos which a Minneapolis developer is building throughout the metro.
