Places opening around western northern omaha

well im a pizza driver so i usually see what goes on just about everywhere and ive noticed that a new place is going up on 120th a block south of fort and another place opening up just north of 144th and fort

any ideas of what are going in these places?

There was a thread that had links for the development at 120 and Fort --- I think it was being developed as a Business park by Mulhalls but the link in the thread takes you to a generic website now.
