Official: Westplex Office Park Phase III

Another 100,000 sq ft office to be added to the two already in Westplex... between Westroads 'auto row' and Westroads Fitness Club.

They all have the same brick/glass appearance.

There was a rendering for the fourth building in the OWH, it looked a lot like the C&A building on Dodge.

The company's current offices are inside the Omaha World-Herald building downtown. It will relocate its staff of 57 by Sept. 1 to a new office building at 1120 N. 103rd Plaza, near Westroads Mall.

CEO and owner Doug McGregor said the company is looking to hire 12 employees in the next six months. The move was spurred by its expanding staff along with the fact that most of its employees now live west of 42nd Street.

“You could probably hear the cheers downstairs when we announced we were moving out west,” McGregor said.
