Work has begun on a 12 acre mixed use (MU, DR, GI) development on the SE corner of Rainwood Rd and Blair High Road (Hwy 133). I haven't been able to find anything else beyond just this.

It appears that the mixed use area is growing by 2 acres. It now totals 12 acres. It looks as if they have a lot of work to do still before the city will approve. It is good to finally see the new OBD requirements in the city council agenda.

Let us hope that as these things get built the next generation will be better than these first few. In theory that should be the case.

Intersytems announced today that the company will be embarking on the most ambitious project in its history. Currently, Intersystems team members are dispersed between four buildings. Following construction of a 140,000 square foot manufacturing facility, all of the existing plant operations and offices will be consolidated into one building. Construction will be completed by November. The larger manufacturing area will allow for the capability to better serve a growing worldwide customer base. The facility will be designed specifically for the manufacture of the Intersystems en-masse and self-cleaning conveyors, bucket elevators, enclosed belts, automatic samplers, truck probes, bulk weighing systems and gravity screeners.
