I believe it will be luxury townhomes.

Is that thing really old, or have they never changed the name from Albertson's?

EDIT: I guess I just answered my own question. Village Inn is still shown as proposed, so it must be really old. Says Commercial Federal, too.

That is what they have on their website. It probably is the original plans.

It does show new things that were not around when Albertsons was there.

I believe these will be the Avalon Club Apartments (Class A, Luxury Apartments). 12 2-story buildings with a club house, 176 apartment units, eleven garages, with a gate controlled access.
