I put this report together because for a couple of reports and I thought it was useful enough to turn into research. I was surprised to see the that Sarpy County has fallen as much as it has. This is my first go at this report - if anyone has any thoughts - I am more than open to a peer review. Don't be afraid to hurt my feelings.
Thanks.

nice job!!
Congrats on a job well done!
I would include some type of general average cost of building materials, the reason for that is because it is starting to look like a market for buying land soon!
Some area's saw a drop in sales, and others seen an increase, however with the average Sq Ft price dropping as dramatically in this county as it has, I would seriously look into buying land unless:
1. The dropoff is due to some expensive type of projects during that time, and that the price per Sq Ft on the same type of property in the same area did not drop so much
OR
2. Depending on how the market is viewed in general, the bottom is really psychological..
