Whats up with this?!?!?!?!?!?! What are all the out of town people going to think when they drive by to check out the Olympic banner?

Did they get a building permit for this?

The neighbor took their porch off too, but did not replace it with OSB?

Code compliance is on this one. They will likely be issuing demolition orders. It was repair/improvement gone wrong.
