Help me identify a development

I saw a development on a forum (I can't remember if it was here or city-data) of a 10ish story looking building that was proposed along dodge street out west (168th?). I almost feel like it was Star_Gazer who included this development in one of his (of her) posts, maybe on city-data? I know these details are vague, but does anyone know what development I'm thinking of? I checked these forums but couldn't seem to find it.

ShawJ, You ask about an 10-story building being proposed about 168th and dodge? That could be in the Tribedo development Just north of Dodge and Village Pointe and west of 168th Street.

Does any one have update on the Tribedo development?

I have not seen anything new on the 10 story condo tower, but the Tribedo development has got most or all the go ahead needed, I've been following the city council meetings and zoning changes and even 15 people from the trailer court are protesting for some reason..

Tribedo is rapidly approaching or has reached complete go-ahead from what I can make of it..

Both Tribedo and West village point had talk of a condo tower.

About a week ago, they started trucking in dirt and dumping it on the north side of Burt St. That's the first action I've seen there in a long time.

The Tribedo development is what I was thinking of. Thanks everyone! I guess this can moved into that thread now.

I'll be heading that way this evening; maybe I can get some pictures if any activity is going on.
