Software company ECI moving to Omaha
ECI, a provider of on-demand credit evaluating software, has changed its name to WebEquity Solutions and is moving its headquarters from Glenwood to downtown Omaha.
The 36-employee company outgrew its current location. The move will put the offices closer to the data center and should be complete by the end of the year, the company said.
As part of the its rebranding effort, WebEquity has also launched a Web site at
http://www.webequitysolutions.com .
ECI has grown an average of 45 percent each year during the last several years, the company said, and expects to continue to grow.

If it were Microsoft or Yahoo... I guess we'd be giving them a quarter billion in tax incentives for those 36 jobs.
