I was looking for old pics of the Zorinsky building when I ran into this 'Legacy' proposal I have never seen before.
Is this the renderings of a project that never came to be? There were no dates...

We had the renderings on the forum. Too bad it didn't end up like that.

If you search "Legacy" there are lots of old threads about it from 2005 and 2006, but most of the images are not broken links.

That looks a lot more office orientated than retail orientated like what happened.

Please correct me if I am remembering this wrong, but wasn't there a glut of office space when this would have been in final design phase? Could that be why it is shifted to retail?

If I remember correctly, I believe all of the retail was on the first floor with office above like Aksarben Village.
