Recommended Sections/Seats at the Orpheum Theater
I am looking at tickets at the Orpheum and I am paralyzed by the possible seat options at the theater. I have never been there before and am having a hard time picking a couple seats for my wife and me. Are there recommended seats or sections or rows to try to get? Any to avoid? Is there not a bad seat in the house and I should just suck it up and pick one? Anyway, I could use the collective help of the forum on this one.

Assuming this is for a concert or Broadway...
There's no "bad" seats. All mostly dependent on budget.
Center. Main floor about 2/3 the way up, in front of the mixing board area. Either that or front few rows of either balcony.
Anything too close and you're sort of staring up at the performance. Anything too far to either side and its just kind of... odd.

Stable genius.

For music, I try to get balcony front row/center or something close. For everything else, I’d go with Big E’s suggestions.

We actually enjoy sitting in the loge.

Thanks for all the input. I ended up following Big E's advice, though a little back. Row S, main floor.
