Would have loved to have visited Arnold again Patty, but that is a few hours too far for a quick visit. This would have been a great photo shoot. Thanks for posting it!King of the Hill: (Fastest run)

Yes I would have liked to have made it back but unable to leave at this time have to many 4thekids things I am working on right now. Actually this race runs right up over the top of Devil's Den which is that hill north of town where some of your pictures were taken. That road has some nasty twists and turns in it also.

You have got to be freaking kiding. As I drove that road up-hill - it has some turns I would not wanted to try at more than 45 mph. It does have some 'nasty twist and turns". Wow. I would have stationed myself at that off ramp halfway up for a great photo shoot. That would have been real cool !!!

Nope no kidding that is the road they are driving! It is nasty especially up on top with those huge canyons up there on each side. We used to drive this road twice a day before it was paved. We contracted hay mowing on one of Keiwits ranches up north of there and had to drive on that road to get there.

Oh yeah if you start on top of that hill on your bycycle and just let it coast down you can glide clear through town to the south city limits sign.
Of course getting it up there is a real.... you know what
