Des Moines to get 5G milimeter wave technology

Post by ScrattyB »

Verizon has announced that Des Moines is on their list of cities to have 5G milimeter-wave technology installed in 2019.

But why not Omaha? Nebraska lawmakers opposed the plans because of disagreements over antenna fees.

Grrrrrrrrr.... GRRRRR!!!

(Kidding. I'm totally happy for Des Moines, but since Omaha and Des Moines are both "in the game", I want Omaha & Des Moines to both hold the same "deck of cards" -- not Des Moines having an extra card.)
I can get pushed out because I'm "too much" for some. Then, an observer of me comes suddenly swooping in to "fill my shoes." People are always more accepting of the new one, because their feathers aren't truly ruffled by them. (Yawn) I can count on it every time.
