For what rumors are worth, it was mentioned to me that someone has made offers to buy all the remaining businesses/land East of the under construction Aloft hotel. Perhaps the Buckys took the offer and plans to move to the Petrows restaurant site.

Word around the neighborhood is that Buckys bought it to block out QT. Supposedly a CVS is going in there.

Now Buckys has put it back on the market, with the requirement that it can not be torn down and turned into a gas station.
