I heard today that Noddle isn’t developing Heartwood Preserve anymore. Was told he was pushed out by Applied Underwriters because he was too picky on who they let in which is making it take too long. Sounds like they just want it done so they can sell it off.
I checked Noddles website and it doesn’t list it anymore.
Anyone have any solid info on this?
