LES Building

Post by Doctor Fate »

An application filed with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Planning Department last month shows BIC plans to renovate the upper floors of the building to accommodate 21-23 one- and two-bedroom condos. The first floor will have commercial space and could also have residential space, depending on how the market pans out.

Nice addition to O Street. I hope that these redevelopment projects along O Street, along with the Terminal Building and the Golds Building pan out. O Street could use things like this. I hope that these smaller residential projects don't negatively impact the bigger ones that have been mentioned on the Lincoln forum, like the 14th and N 15 story apartment building.
