Cool, it's not a regular old glass tower. The squiggling lines should make it a unique looking building on the skyline.

By my estimate, if the building is 1,000 feet deep, then this is a nice 72,000 square foot midrise to rival the Newby–McMahon Building. Take that Wichita Falls.
