There is a family in Kearney that is killing it in the hospitality business. I'll include a link to their site but I've seen few entrepreneurs with the passion of the Younes family. 15 Hotels in Kearney, Grand Island, Columbus, Hastings, Norfolk & Fremont.
The Kearney campus includes two conference centers that are beautiful. The conference centers are surrounded by over 800 hotel rooms, and everything is owned by the Younes company. End to end ability to host a large event, convention, etc. For a community the size of Kearney it is punching way over it's weight.
They have a reputation that is amazing. It is very impressive.

It’s been a while since I’ve been there, but Kearney is my favorite small city in Nebraska. I just wish it was a little closer to Omaha. I’ve done a virtual tour of the art museum there——nice.

Kearney is awesome (being biased being born and raised there) and has grown a lot. Was just there for a couple of hours this past Saturday. When we stay overnight, we are usually at the Hampton Inn - right across the street from the complex. The Younes have got it going on over there!!
