[omahahawk]

In the pantheon of Omaha born entertainers you may know about Marlon, Henry, Nick, and Fred...but do you know about Fee? That's right, John a.k.a "Fee" Waybill, best known for being lead singer of the very popular early 80s band The Tubes is an Omaha original as well. If you are of a certain age you have probably heard some of their hits, most notably "Talk to ya later" and "She's a beauty." These songs featured prominently on early 80s radio and you could practically set your watch to their rotation during the glory days of MTV. He has also worked as a music producer and actor, most notably with a role in the move "Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure" Enjoy....
