Need Help on a Name!

Post by NEDodger »

Hey folks,

At Labor Day dinner today, a relative had mentioned a place that he and his brother used to go to eat years ago and they could NOT remember the name of it. Thought the Omaha historians on this page may have an idea?:

East end of the Beverly Hills Plaza shopping center on Dodge.
Known for their All-You-Can-Eat Crabcakes.
This had to have been 1980's at the latest.

Thanks!

Dixie Kitchen was there, next to Varley Drugs which was on the far East end of the strip center. Dixie Kitchen was known for their family style Sunday dinners, which focused on southern fried chicken. Maybe they had crab cakes, I don’t recall. Their southern biscuits were out of this world good.
