Center Ridge (NWC 192 and Center)

The Center Ridge Apartments are proposed for the NWC 192 and West Center Road

The proposed 104-unit multi-family residential development will be on an 11.76-acre lot in the
Center Ridge Mixed Use development. The project includes 19 buildings with a mix of three-,
four-, six-, and ten-plexes. The buildings range from 1.5 to three stories high, with garages on the
first level. A total of 168 garages with driveways, plus an additional 73 surface parking stalls are
provided. The development has two vehicular access points, one from S. HWS Cleveland Blvd.
to the west and one from Gold Street to the south. An internal drive network connects to all
driveways and surface parking areas. Internal and perimeter pedestrian connections are provided.

The surrounding properties include Shadow View neighborhood zoned R-4 Single-Family
Residential (high density ) to the north; convenience store with gas service and a carwash zoned
Mixed Use to the south; undeveloped 32-acre lot zoned Agricultural to the west; and a hotel with
additional future commercial sites zoned Mixed Use to the east.

There is a building permit here for a new coffee shop between Aldi and Club Carwash in Center Ridge.

Building Permit = "New drive-thru coffee building with walk up".

Most if the usual suspects (7 Brew, Scooter, etc.) have been using their actual name for the building permits.

For the record  NEBUGEATER does not equal BUGEATER    !!!!!!!

Should be soon. They are close. We've been to them in Lawrence KS, and have seen them in KC and St Joe.

Was just thinking the other day we needed some more $7.50/drink coffee shop options in Omaha. I'm happy to see the wish is being fulfilled!
