Anybody have any information about this? European Village? Steve Minard’s Port Papillon? Nebraska Furniture Mart mega store development? Another sports complex?

Yes this was in the news the other day….so not completely made up. Just wonder what $1.7 billion would entail.

It's similar to the Norman mixed use that's about 1 billion as well, the Rock Creek Entertainment district. I hope when planning for this, they really work on a nice vibrant neighborhood. It'll be a real game changer.
