Trinity Groves Dallas

Post by iamjacobm »

An Omaha based developer Goldenrod Companies (formerly Tetrad) has acquired a large assemblage of land west of DT Dallas in the Trinity Groves neighborhood and has a major project proposed. Fully buildout proposes ~5000 residential units, ~1000 hotel rooms, ~2.6 million SF of office, ~220k SF of retail, and ~18k parking stalls.

Full docs here with lots of images. https://dallascityhall.com/departments/ ... mittal.pdf

Wasn't Tetrad one of the failed Civic Auditorium developers? I guess they're come a long way.

But 18,000 parking stalls is so incredibly Dallas

They were the ones attached to the Civic site when HDR was proposed to go there which was a decade ago now.
