Omaha bars making cocktails 100% from scratch?

Was out recently and got talking with friends about how rare it seems for bars to really make everything in-house anymore.
Not just “craft cocktails” as a label, but actually infusing their own spirits, making their own tonics and sodas, seasonal syrups, etc. No soda gun, no shortcuts, just built from the ground up.

I know of one downtown spot inside a hotel that does this, and it totally changed my perspective on cocktails. Drinks tasted way fresher and more intentional.

Are there other places in Omaha doing this? Would love to hear people’s favorites.

I don't know of any but this definitely peaks my interest if there are any bars that do this.

Places like Berry and Rye downtown come to mind.

It is a really niche market and it is VERY hard to find that qualified of a bartender.
